Leadership
Brendan Petrick and Patrick Carothers lead the Workers Right Law Group. Classmates and 2000 graduates of the Duquesne University School of Law, they share a long history of law firm leadership and successful client representation. Over the past 25 years, both attorneys have focused their practices on complex litigation, collectively representing more than 3,000 clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including jury and bench trials. Now working together to lead one of the most robust plaintiff-side employment and employee rights practice groups in the Mid-Atlantic region, Messrs. Petrick and Carothers bring a distinctive blend of experience, advocacy, and strategic litigation skill to their clients.

Meet the Team
Gregory
Hauswirth
Gregory Hauswirth is a partner of the firm with extensive experience representing individuals in complex litigation matters across the country.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Hauswirth has represented more than 1,000 clients in a wide range of disputes, bringing a deep understanding of how cases develop from investigation through resolution.
At Workers’ Rights Law Group, Mr. Hauswirth focuses on ensuring that clients receive the full benefit of the rights and protections afforded to them under the law. He plays a key role in negotiating and finalizing settlements, enforcing legal obligations, and holding opposing parties accountable when they fail to honor their commitments.
Known for his meticulous approach to litigation strategy and case resolution, Mr. Hauswirth works closely with clients to ensure that agreements reached in litigation are fully enforced and respected. His experience and attention to detail make him an integral member of the firm’s efforts to secure meaningful outcomes for workers.
Andrew
Snyder
Andrew Snyder is one of the firm’s litigation practitioners and trial attorneys. Mr. Snyder has substantial experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice on representing plaintiffs in employment law disputes and defamation matters. While he regularly advocates for clients in court proceedings, he also recognizes the value of alternative dispute resolution and frequently counsels clients during mediation and negotiated settlements.

Hampton
Garret Hampton is one of the firm’s litigation practitioners. Mr. Hampton has significant experience advocating for clients in both state and federal courts. He regularly represents employees in a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination claims, wage and hour violations, and defamation matters. Known as a determined and principled advocate, he is committed to protecting the legal rights of workers.
Meredith
Sechrist
Meredith Seacrest is one of the firm’s litigation practitioners and case evaluators. She began her career in employment law even before attending law school, working as a paralegal for FedEx Corporation. Today, she dedicates a significant portion of her practice to advocating for employee rights and evaluating potential employment claims. She frequently consults with prospective clients, assesses the merits of cases, and prosecutes those she determines to be well-founded, regularly appearing in both state and federal courts.
